Hydraulic ground safety valve

The hydraulically operated surface safety valve (SSV) is a core safety shut-off device for oil and gas production trees. It relies on a surface hydraulic control system for remote opening and closing and is a fail-safe valve (automatic shut-off in case of pressure loss). It is primarily used for emergency shut-off of oil and gas wellheads to prevent major safety accidents such as blowouts, leaks, and overpressure. It conforms to API 6A and API 16C standards and meets NACE MR-0175 hydrogen sulfide corrosion resistance requirements in sulfur-containing conditions. Main functions:
1. Emergency safety shut-off: Automatically/remotely and quickly shuts off oil and gas channels in dangerous situations such as fire, explosion, pipeline rupture, wellhead overpressure, and hydrogen sulfide leakage to prevent blowouts.
2. Remote automated control: Can be remotely switched on and off locally, from the central control room, or via SCADA systems, enabling multi-well interlocking protection in conjunction with the wellhead safety control system.
3. Operational isolation protection: Reliably shuts off the well source during pipeline maintenance and site upkeep, ensuring the safety of personnel and equipment; equipped with an API 6FA fire-resistant sealing structure, it can effectively seal the well even under high-temperature fire conditions.
4. Pressure over-limit protection: Equipped with high and low pressure pilot valves, the well shut-in protection is automatically triggered when the wellhead pressure is too high or too low.
