High-pressure clamp joint

High-pressure clamp fittings (also commonly called clamp skins or high-pressure union clamp assemblies) are quick-connect high-pressure pipe fittings used in oil, mining, and high-pressure fluid transportation systems. They are widely used in oilfield drilling, fracturing, cementing, and mud transport pipelines, and can also be used in high-pressure hydraulic pipelines, coal mine grouting, and chemical high-pressure fluid pipelines. They are used to quickly connect two sections of high-pressure steel pipe, replacing traditional flange welding, and offering higher assembly and disassembly efficiency. Standard pressure ratings are 25MPa, 32MPa, and 40MPa (up to 42MPa), with common specifications such as DN50 and DN65. The material is mostly forged carbon steel, suitable for hydrogen sulfide resistant applications (NACE anti-corrosion material optional).
