High-pressure flexible elbow

High-pressure flexible elbows are core rotary steering fittings in high-pressure manifold systems for oil and gas fracturing, acidizing, and cementing operations. Compliant with API Spec 16C and NACE MR0175 standards, they achieve 360° rotation and deflection using built-in ball bearings. This not only changes the direction of high-pressure pipelines but also absorbs pipeline installation stress and vibration displacement, solving problems such as difficulty in aligning rigid high-pressure pipelines and thermal expansion and contraction leading to cracks and leaks. They are widely used for pipeline steering connections between fracturing trucks, wellhead fracturing trees, and high-pressure manifolds. Main functions:
1. High-pressure pipeline steering connection: Enables 45°, 60°, and 90° pipeline reversals, adapting to complex well site layouts and connecting high-pressure pipelines from multiple fracturing trucks to the fracturing wellhead.
2. 360° free rotation for convenient on-site installation and alignment: The two ends of the connector can rotate independently, allowing for quick union coupling without rotating the entire high-pressure rigid pipe, significantly reducing pipeline installation and disassembly time and avoiding damage to flanges and union threads caused by forced tightening.
3. Absorbs pipeline stress and vibration: Counteracts tensile stress caused by high-pressure fluid impact vibration, pipeline thermal expansion and contraction, and foundation settlement, preventing fatigue fracture of rigid pipeline welds and union joints, and high-pressure leaks.
