What are the requirements for the installation of oil production wellhead devices?
1. Selection and pressure test of wellhead equipment. The wellhead device should be determined according to the high construction pressure of the fracturing acidification design, that is to say, the nominal pressure of the selected wellhead device must be greater than or equal to the high pressure of the construction design. The wellhead device must be pressure tested as a whole before installation, and the well can be used only after it is qualified. For oil wells, test the pressure according to the water-tight pressure test standard; for gas wells, test the pressure according to the air-tight pressure test standard. Casing pup joints, bottom flanges, and casing spools should be installed in sections, and wellhead devices are installed to protect the casing thread and ensure the quality of the topping. The installation of the above part of the four-way casing can be determined according to the construction requirements.
2. Inspection and installation of casing sub-sections of wellhead equipment. The material and specifications of the casing sub-sections at the corner of the well should be consistent with the casing connected in the well. The annealed parts should be cut off to ensure the strength of the casing sub-sections. . The new buckle of the wellhead device should be clean and free of burrs, and pass the pressure test (the pressure test standard is 80% of the original manufacturer’s pressure test pressure value. Tighten it by hand at the wellhead. There should be 3—3.5 buckle fingers 8 buckles per inch. If there is too much or too little buckle, it can’t be used.
The steel ring of the wellhead device is made of low-carbon steel material, which is relatively soft and should be prevented from being damaged. When installing the wellhead device, pay attention to checking the steel ring and the steel ring groove. There should be no damage, no rust, no mud, and scrub clean. When tightening the flange bolts, the corners should be tightened and the flanges should be tightened flat. After installation, the four corners of the wellhead device shall be balanced and tightly tightened with a wire rope. Selection and pressure test of wellhead equipment. Inspection and installation of casing pup joints. Installation of wellhead equipment.
