Fracturing wellhead equipment

The fracturing wellhead unit is an ultra-high pressure wellhead control device for hydraulic fracturing and acidizing operations in oil and gas wells. It complies with API 6A, GB/T 22513, and NACE MR0175 standards. Installed above the four-way valve at the tubing head, it is designed for high-volume, high-pressure, sand-carrying high-pressure fluid injection. It can safely withstand the peak high pressure of fracturing and realize high-pressure fluid injection, pressure control, emergency well shut-in, and backflow pressure relief. It is widely used in shale oil, tight oil and gas, deep wells, and horizontal well staged fracturing operations.
