Oil pipe head four-way

The tubing head tee (also called an oil production tee or tubing head body) conforms to API 6A and GB/T 22513 standards. Installed above the uppermost casing head, it is a core pressure-bearing component at the wellhead, connecting the casing head flange below and the production tree/fracture wellhead above. The tubing hanger is housed inside. It is an essential basic wellhead device for oil and gas well completion, fracturing, and gas production. Main functions:
1. Suspend the entire tubing string load: The tubing hanger inside bears the entire weight of the downhole tubing and tools, transferring the load to the lower casing head to prevent the tubing from falling into the well.
2. Seal the annular space between the casing and tubing: Relying on the upper and lower seals of the tubing hanger, it seals the outer wall of the tubing, the inner cavity of the tee, and the casing annulus, preventing formation fluids and oil/gas from leaking through the annulus, forming a wellbore pressure barrier.
3. Annular Monitoring and Operation Channel: Symmetrically equipped with side flanges and gate valve interfaces on both sides of the four-way connector:
a. Real-time monitoring of casing pressure; pressure relief and blowout control available in case of anomalies;
b. Injection of protective fluid, balanced kill fluid, and corrosion inhibitors into the annulus;
c. Annular pressure testing and wellhead sealing maintenance with sealing grease.
4. Upper Equipment Mounting Base: The upper standard high-pressure flange (commonly 6BX flange) is used to install the Christmas tree or fracturing wellhead, enabling the transition from drilling and completion to oil and gas production and reservoir stimulation operations.
