Overview

In the process of lifting downhole liquid to the surface, sand and gas have a greater impact on the entire oil production equipment. The sand is more likely to jam the pump, and the gas is more likely to cause gas lock. The structure is quite different from the conventional air anchor sand anchor. There are two main components: cyclonic solid-liquid separator and cyclonic gas-liquid separator. It has a unique liquid inlet channel and an independent grit channel.

working principle

The oil-liquid-gas-sand mixture enters from the liquid inlet at the lower end and descends along the spiral surface. Under the action of centrifugal force, the denser sand particles descend along the outer side of the spiral and enter the grit tail pipe; the gas-liquid descends along the inner side and enters the liquid from the lower end. The pipe enters the inner pipe and goes upward, and then enters the spiral gas-liquid separator. In the spiral gas-liquid separator, the liquid moves upward along the outer spiral, is discharged through the drain screen, enters the oil pump screen, and the gas flows upward into the gas collecting hood. It is discharged by the bleed valve.

The air release valve ball is made of high-strength non-metallic materials with small throttle pressure difference, which can ensure the smooth discharge of gas.

The outer tube of the multifunctional sand control oil and gas separator is an integral seamless tube, and the annular space between it and the outer tube of the air-sand separation blade is a sand sinking channel.

Through the passage, the sand particles filtered by the swirling gas-liquid separation blade also sink into the grit tail pipe through this passage, avoiding the sand entering the separator from being sucked in again.
