Clamp flat gate valve

The clamp gate valve is specifically designed for high-pressure conditions in oil drilling and production wellheads. It is available in two pressure ratings: 25MPa (Class 250) and 35MPa (Class 350). Utilizing a clamp-type quick-connect structure, it replaces traditional flange gate valves, significantly simplifying well site installation and maintenance. The valve body is made of integral forged steel with a floating parallel flat double-seal structure. Hard alloy is welded to the gate and valve seat sealing surfaces, ensuring bidirectional pressure resistance and zero leakage, and resistance to long-term erosion from sand-containing mud and hydrogen sulfide media. The straight-through guide hole design results in extremely low flow resistance, supporting pipeline pigging. The valve body has pre-reserved dual grease lubrication channels, allowing for online grease replenishment without downtime for disassembly and maintenance. An exposed indicator stem clearly displays the opening degree. The standard manual handwheel provides easy operation, and electric or hydraulic drive devices can be added as needed. The product is manufactured strictly in accordance with the GB/T22513-2023 valve standard.
