Flat gate valve

The flat gate valve is manufactured strictly in accordance with API 6A petroleum equipment standards. It features an integral forged steel valve body with a floating flat hard seal structure, specifically designed for high-pressure conditions in oil and gas wellheads and choke/kill manifolds. The valve body is integrally forged, free of sand holes and pores, resistant to high pressure and H₂S hydrogen sulfide corrosion, and suitable for long-term erosion by sand-containing crude oil and gas-water mixtures. The bidirectional sealing structure achieves zero leakage in both directions of the pipeline, with easy opening and closing torque and labor-saving operation on site. The valve body has a pre-installed grease lubrication interface for online grease injection, effectively extending the service life of the sealing components and reducing equipment disassembly and maintenance costs. An exposed indicator stem clearly displays the valve's open/closed status, mitigating the risk of misoperation. Standard flange connections at both ends are compatible with various oilfield manifolds. Manual handwheels and electric/hydraulic actuators can be selected according to operating conditions. It is widely used in wellheads, gathering and transmission pipelines, and drilling and kill systems, and is a core shut-off device for oil and gas production pipelines.
