Gas production wellhead equipment is generally composed of casing head, Christmas tree and tubing head. The casing head is mainly used to connect each layer of casing to the oil layer casing and seal the annulus between the two layers of casing. The tubing head is mainly used to suspend the tubing running into the well to seal the annular area between the tubing and casing. The gas tree is mainly used for operations such as opening and closing wells, adjusting pressure and production during production, testing with gauge pressure, measuring wellhead pressure, and fishing.
The oil and gas wellhead device is a bipolar structure, and the valve adopts an ordinary parallel gate structure. The valve body, valve cover, valve plate and valve stem are made of materials with good high temperature creep resistance. Therefore, the entire valve can withstand a high temperature of 380. Under high temperature and high pressure, the valve switch will not be deformed. The non-metallic seal is made of high temperature resistant materials, and the sealing performance is good when the 380 is used.
The wellhead device is used to hang the part or the whole component of each casing except the surface casing through the hanging tool; connect the wellhead equipment, such as the blowout preventer. The wellhead device forms a pressure seal in the inner and outer casing string; the wellhead provides an outlet to relieve the pressure that may accumulate between 20% of the casing strings. In an emergency, the wellhead equipment can pump kill fluid or fire extinguishing agent from the side hole of the casing head.
