Single-flow valve

One-way valves, also known as check valves or one-way flow valves, conform to API 6A and API 16C standards. They automatically open and close based on the pressure difference of the medium, allowing fluid to flow only in the direction indicated by the arrow. They can instantly block the backflow of high-pressure media. They are divided into two main categories: wellhead high-pressure pipeline one-way valves and downhole one-way valves. They are safety protection components for drilling, fracturing, cementing, and injection-production operations. Core functions:
1. Prevent high-pressure fluid backflow and ensure well control safety: During well kill, fracturing, and cementing operations, they prevent high-pressure oil and gas, and sand-carrying fluid from flowing back into the pump truck and manifold, avoiding the risks of high-pressure leaks, equipment rupture, and blowouts.
2. Stabilize system pressure and protect upstream equipment: After shutdown, they lock the pipeline pressure to prevent pressure surges from damaging high-pressure pumps, flow meters, valves, unions, and other precision components.
3. Ensure normal process implementation: During packer setting, water injection, gas lift, and coiled tubing operations, they prevent liquid backflow within the tubing string, ensuring stable pump injection pressure.
4. Prevent media contamination and wellbore backflow: Avoid formation fluid backflow that could contaminate surface pipelines and pump sets, and reduce pipeline corrosion and sand blockage.
